Bob Kourieh is founder and CEO of the Jade Group, Inc., a general contractor specializing in hotel renovations. Their customers include Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, Extended Stay, La Quinta, and ACCOR.

Mr. Repchick began his career as a Resident Assistant before becoming a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, managing multiple facilities. He advanced into senior leadership roles, including Regional Director for Beverly Enterprises—the nation’s largest long-term care provider at the time—COO.

Jad Daye is CEO of Alpha Comm Enterprises, a manufacturer of custom wireless accessory products designed to serve with end-to-end communication facility.

James Kassouf is an internationally recognized real estate developer, most notably in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area and in Beirut, Lebanon.

Rami Chalhoub is owner and operator of 12 convenience stores throughout Ohio. He is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a degree in electrical engineer. He was born in Batroun, Lebanon. He is married to Bonnie and has two sons.

Nancy has over 20 years of experience in the industrial field. Since 2019, she led entrepreneurship support programs for eco-entrepreneurs in Lebanon. Nancy serves as a coach for eco-entrepreneurs and is a member of the advisory boards of several startups.
